We primarily process orders for deliveries in the United Kingdom. The cost of shipping is detailed on the website. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Orders will be delivered within the United Kingdom by DPD courier. The tracking number for the delivery, detailed in the confirmation email we'll send out, may be used on the DPD website to track the order https://www.dpd.co.uk/service/. Orders will be processed within 2 days and transported by overnight courier to the shipping address provided. As the products contain alcohol they should be signed for by someone 18 years of age or older.
If an order is not received within 5 days of placing the order, please contact us via the details below. Large orders of 100 cases will take a week.
Wholesale Shipping Abroad
International wholesalers will be considered on a case by case basis. If you would like to enquire for an international partnership, please contact us directly.
Our international shipping process is bespoke to the customer and location, so upon your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing the unique expected shipping period and tracking capabilities. Since this is done on a bespoke basis, Wessex Distillery cannot be held liable for any damage that befalls the products during the shipping process. We do not accept international returns for damaged items.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. Please keep a record of your purchase via your online receipt.

If on receipt of your order, you decide within 14 days that it is not wanted, we will pay a refund to the bank or credit card used to make the original payment. A refund will be issued when the order is returned to us intact. We will also pay a refund or replace the order if a product is faulty. We can arrange for a return label FOC to be issued to you so you won’t need to pay for postage.
