We source our sloe berries from the scenic English countryside, they are then steeped in natural sugar to enrich our classic gin with an earthy, sweet berry flavour. This nurturing process is done completely by our team at Wessex Distillery in our craft gin copper still.

If you want to test your cocktail making abilities, we recommend you try a Charlie Chaplin. Grab your favourite gin glass, add equal measurements of Wessex Distillery’s sloe gin, then add lime juice and Apricot brandy. Shake, strain, and add a lime peel for extra class!
