Recommended Serve:

Fill a glass with ice.
Add 60ml of Wessex Coronation Gin.
Pour in 120ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add a squeeze of honey.
Shake and strain the mixture.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with slices of lemon and fresh mint sprigs.
