Back by popular demand, our Rhubarb and Ginger Gin is created with our unique two-step process. We use real rhubarb juice and ginger that is then distilled in our copper vacuum still. This process allows the true flavours to come through, creating a purified, world-class gin.

Tasting Notes: The nose is predominantly of fresh rhubarb, which is perfectly balanced by the heat of the ginger. We compliment this with earthy botanicals such as cinnamon, which creates a warmth to the gin. The palate is then refreshed with a sweet citrus finish, to excite your taste buds with every sip.

Recommended Serve
We recommend you keep it simple. Just add a generous amount of ice, a double measure of the Rhubarb and Ginger gin, top with ginger ale or a Mediterranean light tonic, and finished with a twist of lemon.
Or, why not try a pink gin fizz? Simply fill your favourite glass with ice, then add a squeeze of lemon juice, pour a double measure of our Rhubarb and Ginger gin, and top with champagne. Finish with fresh mint leaves and add a fancy straw, and you’re really celebrating!
